Explore Ivanhoe Village Your Way – Give Thanks and Give Back

Explore Ivanhoe Village Your Way: Support and Celebrate This Season
November invites us to pause, give thanks, and share with others. Here in Ivanhoe Village, giving back is part of the neighborhood’s heartbeat. From arts organizations that bring joy and inspiration to local nonprofits creating real impact every day, there are countless ways to support the community and celebrate the season. When you give locally, whether it’s your time, a donation, or sharing resources, you help build a stronger, more connected Ivanhoe Village for your neighbors, for our businesses, for our cultural life.

Celebrate the Arts, Support the Community
The arts bring Ivanhoe Village to life, offering creativity, connection, and moments that stay with us long after the curtain falls or the exhibit closes. When you support local arts organizations, you help ensure that these experiences continue to enrich our community.

Orlando Family Stage presents professional theatre for young audiences that inspires bravery, empathy, and imagination.
Orlando Shakes delivers dynamic performances of classic and contemporary theatre that engage and entertain.
Orlando Ballet brings the beauty of movement to audiences through breathtaking productions and community outreach, as well as fitness classes.
Orlando Fringe champions creativity and self-expression by providing a platform for independent artists to share bold, original, and diverse performances that ignite imagination and celebrate community.
Orlando Science Center sparks curiosity and wonder through hands-on exhibits and interactive learning.
Orlando Museum of Art connects people through exhibitions and programs that inspire creativity and dialogue.
Mennello Museum of American Art celebrates American creativity with exhibitions that showcase diverse voices and traditions.

Support Local Nonprofits Making a Difference
Neighborhood-based nonprofits work year-round to uplift, serve, and empower. Supporting them during this season of thanks helps ensure their impact continues.
– Lighthouse Central Florida provides vital services for people living with vision loss, building skills and independence.
– Junior Achievement of Central Florida prepares young people for success with programs focused on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.
Orlando Garden Club focuses on horticulture, community beautification, and charitable giving.
Ronald McDonald House provides a supportive and comforting “home away from home” for families while their children receive medical treatment.

Support Ivanhoe Village Main Street
Ivanhoe Village Main Street is powered by volunteers and supported by community donations. Every event, beautification project, and business support initiative relies on people like you. Contributions are directly invested into keeping this neighborhood welcoming and thriving. There are eleven additional Orlando Main Streets, each of them a nonprofit doing community-building work in their neighborhoods: Audubon Park Garden District, City District, College Park Main Street, Curry Ford West, Gateway District, Milk District, Mills50, Parramore District, SoDo District, Thornton Park District, and West Lakes District.

This November, find your way to give thanks and give back right in your community. Every ticket purchased, dollar donated, or hour volunteered helps sustain the organizations that make this community a special place to live, work, and visit.
