Justin Stratford, owner of PopTop Partners, the umbrella overseeing The Porch and both locations of The Local Butcher, has recently been spotted in Ivanhoe Village. Stratford’s The Local Butcher in Winter Park is also home to DaKine Poke and more recently, Swine and Sons. Swine and Sons made the move just this year to The Local Butcher from their former spot next to The Ravenous Pig.

Stratford has advised other restaurants and built partnerships with locations across Orlando—most recently a still-secret location in Ivanhoe Village. Stratford says via his LinkedIn profile that he is, “…currently overseeing the development of a new, open-air, lakefront restaurant in the Orlando area where you can enjoy a cold can of beer or a cocktail made with only fresh juices.”

While we weren’t able to get a direct quote from Stratford, rumor has it that lakefront restaurant is located in Ivanhoe Village. 😉
