TREMBLE- September 2026 Business of the Month

Looking for a new way to work out? TREMBLE recently opened, bringing a high-energy take on Pilates-inspired fitness to the ‘hood.

Owners David and Johanna are already looking for ways to connect TREMBLE with the community beyond the studio. They’re partnering with local organizations (including neighboring Main Street districts) and wellness-focused groups, and offer special pricing for teachers, students and healthcare workers.

TREMBLE is a Pilates-inspired fitness studio built around high-intensity, low-impact workouts using XFormers. Each 50-minute class combines elements of Pilates, strength training and cardio for a full-body workout designed to challenge participants without the impact of traditional high-intensity exercise.

If you’ve never tried a reformer-based workout before, TREMBLE’s approach may look a little intimidating at first. But classes are kept relatively small, giving instructors the opportunity to provide individual guidance and help participants get comfortable with the equipment and movements. Participants can expect a challenging workout while still working at their own pace.

And this isn’t necessarily the quiet, serene Pilates experience you might expect. TREMBLE classes move at a faster pace and incorporate music and an energetic studio atmosphere. The combination is intended to keep participants engaged from the first movement to the last.

Whether you’re already familiar with reformer workouts or are simply looking for something new to add to your routine, TREMBLE offers a different way to build strength, improve mobility and get your heart rate up. And maybe meet a new friend or two!
